The AML14 cell line morphologically appears undifferentiated when grown continuously in suspension culture without the addition of exogenous hematopoietic growth factors. AML14 cells can be induced into eosinophilic differentiation with a combination of IL-3, GM-CSF, and IL-5. Therefore, this cell line is suitable for research aiming to understand the regulation and moelcular mechanisms of eosinophil growth and differentiation. Additional cell lines from this panel: Cat.
