FASN KO Stable HC11 Cell Line generated by stable KO of FASN gene using the FASN sgRNA CRISPR/Cas9 All-in-One Lentivector set (Cat# 202561110595). Western blot analysis of FASN expression was performed to determine KO. Cell line may be used to study the effects of the FASN gene expression and may be a potential target for cancer prevention studies.
