The Human IFNAR1-IFNLR1 CRISPR Knockout A549 Stable Cell Line is a dual knockout cell line derived from A549 human lung carcinoma cells. This cell line has been genetically engineered using CRISPR/Cas9 technology to knock out both the IFNAR1 and IFNLR1 genes, which encode the interferon-alpha/beta receptor alpha chain and the interferon lambda receptor 1, respectively.
