Sheep Kidney Proximal Tubule cells could be useful for metabolism studies, functionality testing and enzyme activities testings. Its unique species will enlarge the scope of cells available for testing other than rat, mouse or human cell line. Real Time PCR was used to quantify SV40 gene expression in immortalized cell line.
