Highly systemic metastatic stable cell lines were derived from spontaneously arising tumors in the inbred VM/Dk mouse strain. VM-NM1 Cells express neural stem/progenitor cells, but has been shown to not lead to metastatic disease.The VM-M3 Cells (Cat# T8016) and the VM-M2 Cells (Cat# T8017), which has metastatic behavior, are also available at abm. These VM tumor models are useful for evaluating potential therapies for managing metastatic tumors.
