This cell line (Cat. T3392) was generated by lentivirus transfection followed by puromycin (3 ug/mL) selection. These cells are also resistant to hygromycin B and stably express GFP-fused porteins whch can be detected with fluorescent microscopy or Western blot. This cell line can be used as the control cell line for the siRNA resistant cell lines mentioned below. These cell lines can be used for researching examining EHD1 function.
