KU-CTCC-001-LM3, established from a metastatic lymph node of the same patient as KU-CTCC-001 (Cat. T8165), harbors the BRAF V595E mutation and displays activated MAPK signaling. This cell line presents a unique model to study metastatic processes, offering insights into the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying TCC spread.
