CCOC-T cells were derived from clear cell odontogenic carcinoma tissue. The cells has a very slow growth rate however it is very invasive. The cell line expressed odontogenic factors, and epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related molecules. CCOC-T cells may be used for in vitro investigation of malignant odontogenic tumors.
