The COS-7-DRA101:01/DRB104:01 cell line expresses the HLA-DRA101:01 and DRB104:01 antigens, which are essential for antigen presentation to helper T-cells. This cell line was developed through retroviral transduction and validated using flow cytometry. It does not require antibiotic selection and is valuable for research on the immune response, antigen presentation, and the role of HLA class II molecules in autoimmune diseases and transplantation.
