COS-7 cells engineered to stably express the HLA-DRA101:01 and DRB107:01 antigens are essential for presenting extracellular antigens to helper T-cells. This cell line was developed via retroviral transduction and validated using flow cytometry. It is maintained without antibiotic selection and is ideal for research on antigen presentation, immune response mechanisms, and the development of immunotherapies targeting HLA class II molecules.
