Ephrin type-B receptor 4 (EPHB4) is expressing in tumors and a suitable target for chimeric antigen recept (CAR)-T cells. To produce human or murine EPHB4-expressing HEK293 cells, pIRII-humanEPHB4-GFP or a pIRII-murineEPHB4-GFP plasmid, which contains GFP and human EPHB4 or murine Ephb4 were transduced into HEK293 cells. GFP expressing cells were purified via flow cytometry and the respective cell lines were established.
