This cell line (Cat. T3436) features a stable knockout of human MS4A1 mediated by CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology. Protein knockout was confimed through western blot. This cell line is useful for for studying the function of the MS4A1 gene, which is involved in B-cell activation and proliferation. The gene is also linked to immunodeficiency common variable type 5 and lymphoma. These cells provide a model for investigating MS4A1’s role in the immune response and related diseases.
