Luciferase Stable IGR-N91 cells are derived from a bone marrow metastasis of a neuroblastoma with amplified MYCN gene amplification (a characteristic of advanced neuroblastoma). These cells have applications in understanding more about local and metastatic tumor growth patterns and exploring new cancer therapeutics.
