PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are recommended for optimal cell culture. PriGrow III (TM003) + 10% FBS + 2 mM L-Glutamine (G275) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) ,37.0°C ,5% CO₂. Selection with 600 µg/ml G418 (G271)For Bioluminescence use the following media conditions: PriGrow III (TM003) + 10 mM HEPES + 1% B27 supplement (Invitrogen) + 0.1 mm beetle luciferin + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) ,37.0°C ,5% CO₂.Note: Cells are sensitive to trypsin; Gentle Dissociation Solution (TM080) is recommended for subculture procedures. |
