The Mutant L75P-ApoA-I HepG2 Stable Cell Line (HepG2-L75P-ApoA1) offers a specialized model for examining the pathological impacts of the L75P mutation in Apolipoprotein A-I, which is associated with familial systemic amyloidosis and heightened cellular stress responses. This model uniquely expresses the L75P mutant ApoA-I, which impairs the cell’s stress response by altering the localization and expression of Angiogenin (ANG), a critical protein for cell survival under stress conditions.
