This novel, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) derived hepatocellular cancer (HCC) cell line (N-HCC25) is a suitable model for studying the pathophysiology of NASH and its progression to HCC. Cells display hepatocytic, EMT and cancer stem cell markers.
