This HK2 Proximal Tubule Cell Line (HK2 OCRL KO -/-) features a CRISPR/Cas9 mediated stable double knockout of the OCRL gene. Clones were verified by Sanger sequencing and western blot of lysates were used to confirm the absence of the Ocrl1 protein. The control cell line for this catalog is available as Cat.
