pm118a-cl cell line is derived from advanced non-necrotic murine liver tumors generated after transposon/CRISPR vector delivery to induce stable oncogene expression. Part of the mCL2 subclass of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the cells displays a mixed epithelial-mesenchymal pattern with an intermediate expression of hepato-specific genes and stem cell markers.The novel collection of the 14 HCC mouse cell lines are available at abm, enabling end users the ability to conduct in depth characterization of gene function, elucidation of molecular mechanisms, and preclinical testing for HCC.
