PZ-TR Stable HepG2 Luciferase Reporter Cell Line is designed to assess the transcriptional activity of the human thyroid receptor (TR) through a luciferase reporter system. The presence of thyroid hormones, such as the triiodothyronine (T3), would induce luciferase activity and allows for function assessment.
