R12A αA-crystallin Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line was designed to express the mutant R12A αA-crystallin. This cell line can be used to study the effects of the mutation on the protein’s function as a molecular chaperone, an antiapoptotic protein, and as a structural protein of the lens. αA-crystallin Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line (T6236) and R49A αA-crystallin Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line (T6235) are also available from abm.
