The RM-1 cell line is a murine prostate cancer cell line derived from C57BL/6 mice. It is commonly used in cancer research, especially for studying prostate cancer biology and the immune response to tumors in mouse models. RM-1 cells are aggressive and metastatic, making them suitable for in vivo experiments to evaluate tumor progression, metastasis, and the efficacy of anti-cancer therapies.
