This cell line was generated by lentivirus transfection followed by puromycin (3 ug/mL) selection. These cells are also resistant to hygromycin B and stably express GFP-fused porteins whch can be detected with fluorescent microscopy or Western blot. Cell lines part of this group:Cat.
