This cell line (JLR71) stably overexpresses mutant human HA-R-RAS2 G23C protein. Additional cell lines from this panel stably overexpress various HA-R-RAS2 mutants. These cell lines are useful models for investigating the role of HA-R-RAS2 in tumor pathology.
