LoVo cells were infected with retrovirus carrying the pPGS-CMV-CITE-neo vector encoding wild-type TIP49 (TIP49wt) with a FLAG epitope tag. The vector plasmid contains an ampicillin resistance gene. TIP49wt Stable Expressing LoVo Cell Line (LoVo/TIP49wt) may be used alongside with LoVo Control Cells (LoVo/vec) (Cat# T6052) and TIP49D302N Stable Expressing LoVo Cell Line (LoVo/TIP49D302N) (Cat# T6064) to study ATPase.
