This cell line (T3297) stably expresses the mutant form (S23A) of the E2 protein from the human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16). Western blot and mRNA expression were used to confirm E2 expression. The wild-type E2 expressing cell line is available at abm as Cat. T3296 – U2OS Stably Expressing Wild-Type E2 Cell Line (U2OS-E2-WT).
