The TGFBR2 Stably Over-Expressing LNCaP Cell Line (LNCaP-RII) has been engineered to stably overexpress the transforming growth factor-beta receptor type II (TGFBR2). This genetic modification is aimed at investigating the role of TGF-β signaling in prostate cancer progression and response to therapies.
