AL407CL cell line is derived from advanced non-necrotic murine liver tumors generated after transposon/CRISPR vector delivery to induce stable oncogene expression. Part of the mCL1 subclass of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the cells expresses epithelial features and expression of hepatocyte and liver fetal/progenitor markers.The novel collection of the 14 HCC mouse cell lines are available at abm, enabling end users the ability to conduct in depth characterization of gene function, elucidation of molecular mechanisms, and preclinical testing for HCC.
