APPL1 (adaptor protein containing pleckstrin homology (PH), phosphotyrosine binding (PTB), and leucine zipper motifs) has been shown to be involved with cell proliferation regulation. APPL1 Stable Wildtype MEF Cell Line may be used alongside with APPL1 Stable Knockout MEF Cell Line (T6158) to study the APPL1 gene.
