Araf Stable Knockout Mouse RAW264.7 Cell Line is established via CRISPR/Cas9 mediated frameshift mutation of the Araf gene (NM_009703) using the following guide RNA sequence: TCCTGTTAGTGGGGCTGAGC. Araf gene maybe involved in cell growth and development, this cell line is useful in the study of cancer treatment. This cell line is sequenced verified to be biallelic knockout.
