COS-7 cells expressing HLA-DPA102:02 and DPB105:01 antigens play a key role in antigen presentation to helper T-cells. This stable cell line was created using retroviral transduction and validated through flow cytometry. It does not require antibiotics and supports research into HLA class II molecule functions, immune response dynamics, and the development of therapies for autoimmune diseases.
