COS-7 cells engineered to express HLA-DQA101:01 and DQB105:03 antigens are important for immune recognition and antigen presentation to helper T-cells. This stable cell line was generated using retroviral transduction and validated through flow cytometry. It does not require antibiotic selection and supports research into immune responses, HLA class II molecule interactions, and the development of therapies for autoimmune diseases.
