COS-7 cells stably expressing HLA-DQA101:02 and DQB106:02 antigens play a key role in antigen presentation to helper T-cells. This cell line was created using retroviral transduction and validated through flow cytometry. It does not require antibiotic selection, making it suitable for research on HLA class II molecule interactions, immune response dynamics, and developing therapies for autoimmune diseases.
