COS-7 cells engineered to stably express the HLA-DRA101:01 and DRB101:01 antigens are vital for presenting antigens to helper T-cells. This cell line was generated via retroviral transduction and validated using flow cytometry. It is maintained without antibiotics and is ideal for studying immune response dynamics, HLA class II molecule functions, and the development of immunotherapies for autoimmune disorders.
