COS-7 cells engineered to stably express HLA-C07:01 antigen play a vital role in presenting viral peptides to cytotoxic T-cells. Created via retroviral transduction, this cell line was validated using flow cytometry with the HLA-C07:01 marker and does not require antibiotic selection. It is beneficial for research into HLA class I molecule interactions, immune response dynamics, and understanding viral immunity and disease mechanisms.
