CYP2B6-hCAR Stable HepG2 Cell Line was established through co-transfection of HepG2 cells with hCAR and CYP2B6 expression plasmids. Target colonies were selected from drug resistant cells. Functional verification through CAR luciferase reporter assay and qHTS. This cell line doubly expresses human CAR (hCAR) and a CYP2B6-driven luciferase reporter, therefore it is suitable for quantitative high-throughput screening of hCAR modulators.
