This HeLa cell line features a CRISPR/Cas9 mediated stable knockout of FANCA, the most commonly mutates gene in Fanconi anemia (FA) – a bone marrow failure disorder characterized by genomic instability and cancer predisposition. This cell line is useful for studies investigation FA-associated maligancies and for developing associated treatment therapies.
