Immortalized Human Fallopian Tube Secretory Epithelial Cells (FT240) are derived from human fallopian tube tissue harvested from healthy patients. The primary cells isolated from the tissue were first transduced with retrovirus containing hTERT, and then transduced a second time, with retrovirus containing CDK4R24C and p53 shRNA.Characterization by 1) Western blot; 2) Immunofluorescent staining; 3) real-time qPCR; 4) Proliferation assay; 5) Clonogenic assay; 6) Anchorage-independent growth assay; 7) Tumourigenic assay; 8) Immunohistochemistry; 9) Array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH).
