Immortalized Human Mesothelial Cells – SV40

The Immortalized Human Primary Mesothelial cells-SV40 are derived from the human mesothelium, an important structure lining human abdomen cavities to provide lubrication, transportation and movement of fluids, immune cells, cytokines and proteins. These specialized cells are critical in regulating inflammatory responses and innate immune systems to protect against infections and tumor propagation. Their roles in cancer metastasis, metabolic diseases, peritoneal dialysis and surgical adhesions make them an ideal model for cancer research, pathological and/or therapeutic study.Real Time PCR was used to quantify SV40 gene expression in immortalized cell line.
