The EcoM-M cells exhibit restricted monocytic differentiation are useful for studies investigating granulopoiesis and monopoisis. EcoM-M cells are SCF dependent neutrophil progenitor cells that have express a conditional form E2a-Pbx1 in an estrogen responsive manner. This cell line along with Cat.
