This cell line an immortalized myeloid monocyte progenitor cell line made in the background of C57Bl/6 Cas9-GFP transgenic mice. The cells express GFP at low concentrations detectable by flow cytometry (note: it can be impossible to see GFP expression by fluorescent microscopy). mGB8e-C57-Cas9GFP cells are transduced with ER-HoxB8. Cells can be differentiated into mature monocytes. This panel of cell lines is suitable for immunological research. Additional cell lines within this panel include:Cat.
