Immortalized Porcine Alveolar Macrophage Cells (PAM-KNU) – hTERT are derived from the lung of a euthanized 8-week-old SPF pig. Immortalized cells were selected in the presence of 1 mg/ml G418. These cells are suitable for research areas related to virus pathogenesis and host cell interactions.
