Primary cultures of rat chromaffin cells were established from Sprague Dawley rat embryos on fetal day 17 (E17) and were incubated overnight with the conditioned media from the competent retroviral producer line c2-tsTag, containing the sequence for tsTag expression and resistance to the antibiotic G418 (250 mg/mL).
