This melanoma cell line panel is unique from all other available melanoma cell lines as these cells have been raised under conditions that prevent phenotype switching. MM165 is applicable for high-throughput screening/Drug testing and 3D cell cultures. Cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice.
