PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are recommended for optimal cell culture. Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) ,High Glucose (TM500) + 5% FBS + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) ,37.0°C ,5% CO₂. 400 µg/ml Geneticin/G418 (G271) for selection. Note: Selection drugs should be added to the culture medium after the first passage to ensure cells have recovered from freeze-thaw conditions. |

mGIMAP6 Stable Expressing HEK293 Cell Line was generated via stable transfection of the mouse GIMAP6 cDNA cloned downstream of myc tag-encoding sequence in the plasmid pCANmyc1. The cells were selected with G418. Mouse GIMAP6 was detected via immunocytochemical analysis. This cell line may be used to study the mouse GIMAP6 gene a member of the GTPases family of proteins expressed strongly in the adaptive immune system.
