Nox5 Stable Expressing HEK293 Cell Line confers Zeocin-resistance and stably expresses Nox5 via stable transfection in HEK293 cells. Nox5 (a Nox enzyme) is expressed in multiple tissues; including heart/blood vessels/testis/kidney/lymph nodes/spleen/etc. However dysfunction of Nox5 have been associated with diseases such as myocardial infarction/atherosclerosis/hypertension.
