Podoplanin Stably Expressing CHO Cell Line is established through transfection of pEGFP-N1-PDPN plasmid. The cells were sorted through flow cytometry and yielded the over expressing human-PDPN-EGFP CHO cells. This cell line is useful for research on podoplanin as it is involved in platelet signaling pathways.
