Tetraspan 1 (TSPAN1) is found to be elevated in ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC) which develops from endometriosis. To produce TSPAN1 stably expressing endometrial cells, lentiviral vectors containing TSPAN1 were infected into corresponding cell lines. TSPAN-overexpressing cells were selected with puromycin. This cell is a suitable cell model for studying TSPAN in OCCC.
