The non-POU domain containing octamer-binding protein (NONO) is a multifunctional RNA binding protein involved in mRNA retention and editing. NONO was fused to engineered ascorbate peroxidase 2 (U2OS:NONO-APEX2-HA). This cell line is suitable for investigating NONO involvement and interactio in DNA damage and other stimuli.
