This wild-type HK2 Human Proximal Tubule Cell Line (HK2 OCRL WT +/+) is useful as a control cell line for Cat. T3326 which features a stable knockout of OCRL1 in HK2 human proximal tubule cells. Together, these cell lines are useful for investigating the role of OCRL1 in Lowe syndrome and can be used for 2D cell culture. Additional cell lines of interest:Cat.
