Use of PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. PriGrow XIII Medium (TM013) + 2mM L-Glutamine (G275) + 100 ug/mL Kanamycin sulfate + 800 uM CaCl2 + 200 ug/mL L-arginine +20 ug/mL aspartic acid + 15ug/ul L-histidine- HCl + 72.5 ug/mL L-lysine-HCl + 20 ug/mL L-proline + 0.5% w/v Bovine serum albumin + 10mM HEPES + 10 IU/mL human chorionic gonadotropin + 10 IU/mL pregnant mare's serum gonadotropin + 3% FBS. Sterilize by filtration (0.2 um filter)
